forestry mulcher shaft

At the heart of our mulching system is a dynamically balanced shaft, carefully calibrated after the blade holder is welded. Balanced to within 20 g precision, it ensures ultra-smooth high-speed rotation, even under the toughest bush-cutting conditions.

The shaft ends are secured with reinforced welds engineered to handle heavy impacts. Whether striking stones or hidden tree stumps, the welds stay intact, protecting the shaft from damage and dramatically extending its service life.

To withstand global shipping and long-term use, the shaft is finished with a durable powder coating, preventing rust during sea transportation and ensuring reliability in any environment.

For cutting performance, nothing is left to chance. The rotor is equipped with 48 mulcher teeth made from H13 high wear-resistant steel, renowned for its toughness and long-lasting durability. Each 30 × 30 mm tooth is compact yet powerful, delivering stable, efficient cutting power with every rotation.

The teeth are arranged in three helical rows, a design that minimizes vibration, ensures smoother operation, and maximizes mulching efficiency. The result is cleaner cuts, faster work, and a machine built to last.
